QR check-in
Green, yellow or red: the door takes care of itself
Every confirmed guest or family receives a personal QR. Your hosts scan it with their phone; the system validates it on the server so no code can be used twice.
Green: admitted
Confirmed guest, seats available, ticket paid when required. The host taps and the family walks in; partial entries are supported.
Yellow: needs a decision
RSVP not confirmed, more people than seats or an unpaid ticket. The host sees why and decides in one tap.
Red: refused
Already used, revoked, wrong event or invalid code. Nothing to argue about: the screen says it.

How do guests confirm attendance?
They open the invitation link you send by WhatsApp, tap RSVP and choose how many seats their family will use. You see every answer live in your dashboard.
Can I limit how many people each family brings?
Yes. Each guest or family gets a seat allowance; their QR is valid only for those seats and the host sees green, yellow or red at the door.
Do I need to print anything?
No. The invitation, the RSVP and the QR passes are fully digital. Guests show the QR on their phone and your hosts scan it with ours.
Can I change the invitation after sending it?
Yes, as often as you like. The link stays the same, so every guest sees the latest version.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Until well after the wedding, so guests can revisit the map, the schedule and the gallery.
